  • 2 Medium Pyaaz (Onions), baarik kati hui
  • 1 Medium Tamatar (Tomato), baarik kata hua
  • 1-2 Hari Mirch (Green Chillies), baarik kati hui (swaad anusaar)
  • 1 tsp Adrak-Lahsun Paste (Ginger-Garlic Paste)
  • 2 tbsp Tel (Oil) ya Makhan (Butter)
  • 1/4 tsp Haldi Powder (Turmeric Powder)
  • 1/2 tsp Lal Mirch Powder (Red Chilli Powder)
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • Namak (Salt) swaad anusaar
  • 2 tbsp Hara Dhaniya (Coriander Leaves), baarik kata hua
  • 4 Pav Buns ya Bread Slices

Method / Preparation

Follow step-by-step instructions
  1. Sabse pehle, ek kadhai ya frying pan mein tel ya makhan garam karein. Jab tel garam ho jaye, usmein baarik kati pyaaz daalein aur golden brown hone tak bhunein.
  2. Pyaaz bhun jaane ke baad, adrak-lahsun paste aur hari mirch daal kar ek minute tak bhunein, jab tak kacchi smell chali na jaye.
  3. Ab ismein baarik kata tamatar daalein aur naram hone tak pakayein. Tamatar ko chamach se halka sa mash karte rahein.
  4. Phir haldi powder, lal mirch powder, garam masala aur namak daalein. Masale ko 1-2 minute tak bhunein, jab tak tel alag na hone lage.
  5. Ek alag bowl mein andon ko phaint lein. Phainte hue andon ko masale mein daalein aur medium flame par lagatar chalate hue scramble karein, jab tak ande pak na jayein aur fluffly na ho jayein.
  6. Jab anda bhurji pak jaye, gas band kar dein aur upar se hara dhaniya daal kar mix karein.
  7. Ek alag pan mein thoda makhan garam karein aur pav buns ko beech se kaat kar dono taraf se halka toast kar lein.
  8. Toasted pav buns ke andar garma garam Anda Bhurji bhar kar serve karein. Aap ise chutni ya sauce ke saath bhi kha sakte hain.
