  • 1 cup Besan (Chane ka atta)
  • 1/2 cup Pani (ya zaroorat anusar)
  • 1 medium Pyaaz (bareek kata hua)
  • 1 medium Tamatar (bareek kata hua)
  • 1 Hari mirch (bareek kati hui, swaad anusar)
  • 2 bade chamach Hari dhaniya (kati hui)
  • 1/2 chammach Lal mirch powder
  • 1/4 chammach Haldi powder
  • Namak (swaad anusar)
  • 8 Bread slices (white ya brown)
  • Tel ya Makkhan (toast karne ke liye)

Method / Preparation

Follow step-by-step instructions
  1. Ek bade bowl mein besan, pani, lal mirch powder, haldi powder aur namak mila kar smooth batter bana lein. Dhyan rahe koi lumps na ho.
  2. Ab is batter mein bareek kata pyaaz, tamatar, hari mirch aur hari dhaniya daal kar achhe se mix karein. Batter ki consistency itni honi chahiye ki bread par achhe se coat ho sake.
  3. Ek non-stick tawa ya frying pan garam karein aur us par thoda tel ya makkhan lagayein.
  4. Ek bread slice ko besan ke batter mein achhe se dip karein, dhyan se paltein taaki dono taraf batter lag jaaye. Zyada der dip na karein warna bread toot sakti hai.
  5. Batter lagi hui bread slice ko garam tawa par rakhein aur medium heat par dono taraf se golden brown aur crispy hone tak sekein. Zarurat padne par aur tel ya makkhan lagayein.
  6. Baaki bread slices ko bhi isi tarah sekein.
  7. Garma garam Besan Veggie Toast ko Hari Chutney ya Tomato Ketchup ke saath serve karein.
