In a large bowl, combine warm water with sugar and yeast. Let it sit until the yeast becomes frothy and activated.
In another bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and salt together. Gradually add the flour mixture to the yeast mixture, and knead to form a smooth dough.
Place the dough in a bowl, lightly coat it with oil, and cover it with a clean cloth. Let it rest for about 1-2 hours, or until it doubles in size.
Once the dough has doubled, gently punch it down and knead it again. Shape it into your desired loaf size.
Place the shaped bread dough onto a baking tray and brush the top with a little oil.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C), and bake the bread for 20-25 minutes, or until it turns golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
Once the bread is fully cooled, slice and serve.
