  • 2 medium aloo, uble aur mash kiye hue
  • 4 bade chamach singhara atta (ya rajgira atta)
  • 2 hari mirch, baarik kati hui
  • 1 chammach adrak, kaddukas kiya hua
  • 1 chammach sendha namak (ya swaad anusaar)
  • Aadha chammach kali mirch powder
  • 1 chammach nimbu ka ras
  • 2 bade chamach dhaniya patti, baarik kati hui
  • Tel, shallow fry karne ke liye

Method / Preparation

Follow step-by-step instructions
  1. Ek bade bowl mein grated paneer aur mashed aloo ko acche se mix karein.
  2. Ab isme singhara atta, hari mirch, adrak, sendha namak, kali mirch powder aur nimbu ka ras daal dein.
  3. Sabhi saamagree ko acche se milakar ek soft dough jaisa bana lein. Agar mixture zyada chipchipa lage, toh thoda aur singhara atta mila sakte hain.
  4. Mixture ko barabar hisso mein baant lein aur har hisse ko gol ya chipta tikki ka shape dein.
  5. Ek non-stick pan mein tel garam karein shallow fry karne ke liye.
  6. Garam tel mein tikkis ko dhyaan se rakhein aur madhyam aanch par golden brown aur crispy hone tak dono taraf se sek lein.
  7. Jab tikkis sunhari ho jayein, toh unhein tel se nikal kar absorbent paper par rakhein taaki extra tel nikal jaye.
  8. Garama garam Farali Paneer Tikki ko vrat wali hari chutney ya dahi ke saath serve karein.
