Method / Preparation

Follow step-by-step instructions
  1. Sabse pehle, uble hue aaloo ko ek bade bowl mein achhe se mash kar lein.
  2. Ab ismein Rajgira atta, hari mirch, kaddukas kiya hua adrak (agar istemal kar rahe hain), kali mirch powder, sendha namak, hara dhaniya aur nimbu ka ras daal dein.
  3. Saari samagri ko achhe se milakar ek soft dough bana lein.
  4. Apne haathon ko halke se tel ya ghee se grease karein aur dough se chhote-chhote portions lekar gol ya flat tikki ka shape dein.
  5. Ek non-stick tava ya frying pan garam karein, usmein 1-2 tbsp tel ya ghee daalein.
  6. Tikki ko madhyam aanch par golden brown aur crispy hone tak dono taraf se talein.
  7. Excess oil nikalne ke liye tali hui tikki ko absorbent paper par rakhein.
