  6. 1 tsp lemon juice

  8. 1/2 tsp kali mirch powder
  9. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  10. 1/4 tsp haldi powder
  11. Garnish ke liye dhaniya
  12. Tawa par sekhne ke liye tel

Method / Preparation

Follow step-by-step instructions
  1. Moong dal ko boil karke mixer mein halka sa grind karo.
  2. Oats ko dry roast karke powder banao.
  3. Moong dal, oats powder, dahi, pyaz, gajar, lemon juice, namak, kali mirch powder, chaat masala aur haldi powder ko mix karo.
  4. Is mixture se chhoti tikkis banao.
  5. Tawa par thoda tel lagake medium flame par tikkis ko dono taraf se golden aur crispy hone tak sekho.
  6. Healthy Oats Moong Dal Tikki tayar hai. Isse green chutney ke saath serve karo.
