  • 1 cup tomato puree (टमाटर प्यूरी)
  • 1 cup tomato sauce (टमाटर सॉस)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (पनीर)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (मोज़रेला चीज़, कटा हुआ)
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped (पालक, कटा हुआ)
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (मशरूम, कटा हुआ)
  • 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped (प्याज, छोटा कटा हुआ)
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic, minced (लहसुन के कली, कटा हुआ)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (जैतून का तेल)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano (सूखी पत्तियाँ)
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil (सूखी तुलसी)
  • Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
  • Black pepper to taste (काली मिर्च स्वादानुसार)

Method / Preparation

Follow step-by-step instructions
  1. Ovan ko 180°C (356°F) par preheat karein.

  2. Medium aanch par ek pan mein olive oil garam karein. Usmein katii hui pyaaz aur katii hui lahsun daalein. Pyaaz aspataalit hone tak saute karein.

  3. Palak kooti aur kaate hue mushrooms ko pan mein daalein. Ve naram ho jaane tak pakaayein. Namak aur kaali mirch se swadisht banayein.

  4. Ek alag bowl mein tamatar pyuree, tamatar sauce, sookhi pattiyaan aur sookhi tulsi milayein. Namak aur kaali mirch se swadisht banayein.

  5. Ek baking dish mein namkeen sauce ka mishran bottom par failayein.

  6. Uske upar lasagna sheets ka ek parat rakhne.

  7. Uske upar pake hue sabziyon ka aadha hissa failayein.

  8. Paneer aur kata hua mozzarella cheese daalein.

  9. Phir se ek parat lasagna sheets, sabziyon, paneer aur mozzarella cheese ke saath banayein.

  10. Ant mein, uske upar ek parat lasagna sheets rakhne aur bachi hui tamatar sauce ka mishran daalein.

  11. Baking dish ko aluminum foil se dhak dein aur preheated ovan mein lagbhag 25-30 minute tak bake karein, ya tab tak jab tak lasagna sheets poori tarah se pake jaayein aur cheese pigal jaaye.

  12. Foil ko hata dein aur achhi tarah se sunhare rang ke tale (golden crust) ke liye 5 minute aur bake karein.

  13. Thoda thanda hone de, phir serve karein.
